Jo Mercer Karrinyup

Need to get their protocols correct. Ensure all team members are on the same page. $50 out of pocket due to staff's incorrect processes in store on a return and head office refusing to rectify it.

Fabulous experience in store and online. Boots were purchased in store but needed to be sent from another location. They unfortunately went missing in transit, contacted Jo Mercer online and the issue was resolved the same day!

You might miss it as it's tucked away in a very quiet corner of the Karrinyup Mall and it's the only location in the state, but sauntering over to have a look was so well worth it!Elevated quality, premium leather shoes that are a bit more industrial/edgy in design than Wittner and really, really well made. Total find! Good sale as well, and very friendly customer service.

I ordered a pair of heels online and unfortunately received two different sizes in the box. I contacted this store for help, they were amazing. They searched for another pair, and at the time the shoe was sold out Australia wide. By some luck another pair in my size was found. I dropped off the pair I received, they sent it back to the store it was sent from and they had my size express posted to me the following day. I received them today (love them!). I spoke to several people at Karrinyup through this process and the first person i spoke to handed on the information exactly to the next and even to the people i spoke to in store. AMAZING. Thankyou so much!!!! :)
