Terrible customer service witnessed, a customer trying to exchange a pair of shoes she had bought a few days prior. Upon overhearing she got home and had one brand new shoe in the box and the other shoe had clearly been worn, and they refused to exchange the shoes or help her. How does a customer have one brand new shoe in the box and the other has clearly been worn? And THEN they tried to SELL her insoles to fix the fact that the other shoe was stretched and had been worn!!!!! I left the store, and I'll never go back.

I have been loyal customer for years to this brand( Wittner) and I don’t have any problems at all but today I got really Bad experiences with one of your stuff called NICOLA !!!I couldn’t believe she’s get the job in your retail store asshe have no idea to deal with people nicely!! She haven’t get any patient!! she got really poor as customer service!! plus bad attitude towards customers and tried to argue with me in front all the customer in the store how embarrassing!! very disappointed you got some stuff like that in your store is really Bad specially for loyal customer who keep coming back there to buy your stuff !!!if this keep happening this not good for the business because gonna kept losing good customer !!!!
